ADOPT A HORSE

Whispering Hearts Horse Rescue has many horses awaiting permanant homes.

The adoption fees range from $300 - $1200.

We are currently full and hope to adopt some horses out to permanant homes to make more room for others that will need to be rescued.

DONATIONS NEEDED

WORMERS

Keeping over 40 horses wormed is a very big expense, we are always needing wormers at the rescue.

FEED

We are always in need of feed, some of the products we use regularly are:

High Fat High Fibre Pellets

Beet Pulp Pellets

Vegetable Oil

Sweet Feed

SHAVINGS

If you have a wood shop or know someone that would be willing to donate some shavings, please let us know, this is something we always need!

SAND

We are looking for some sand for our arena to provide better footing for the horses in training.

We want to conduct public demonstration clinics as a fundraiser but need to have better footing before we do.  If you can help by to donating a load of sand or have any ideas or contacts, please let us know.

USED TACK

This is a great way to help, we either put it to good use, or currently we are selling used tack that has been donated, at Cayuga Feed  & Farm, in exchange for feed.

If you have items lying around that you no longer need, why not give them to a good cause and help some horses get a second chance!!

VOLUNTEER

We are looking for the following volunteer positions:

Fundraising Coordinator

Weekly Volunteers

Veterinarian that would be willing to help

Farrier that would be willing to donate some trims.
